At ASTER, we are aware of the importance of Training, Induction and Orientation to the job specific, for the newcomers. ASTER also provides Refresher Training to its employees for improving their skills and their careers through exposure to the Technical, Administration and Managerial functions.

Learning Center with experienced team exists to carry out the HR developmental activities. Training is imparted through Internal and External Experts for enhancement of the required skills, to its employees. ASTER, through Training, cares for its employees throughout their careers.

Every individual joining Aster family will be introduced to the organizational objectives, goals, culture and to different Verticals and SBUs of ASTER through induction training program which enables employee to fall into our system with will and wish.

Skill set of the employee is periodically verified and enhanced upon requirement preparing the individual to become a better asset to the organization. Apart from the assessments carried out, employee is free to express the skills he/she wishes to posses to perform better.

A wide range of training modules are readily available and continuous identification and development of modules to catch up the latest and best in the business is taken up as continuous activity.

Internal experts share their expertise through internal training programs and we welcome the expertise and knowledge of external resources through external training programs.

"Any activity which cannot be converted into money need not necessarily be carried out". We measure the effectiveness of the training at four levels, the Reaction, Learning, Behavior and the Return on Investment.
